Lets Make A Slave
It was the interest and business of slave holders to study human nature, and the slave nature in particular, with a view to practical results. I and many of them attained astonishing proficiency in this direction. They had to deal not with earth, wood, and stone, but with men and by every regard they had for their own safety and prosperity they needed to know the material on which they were to work. Conscious of the injustice and wrong they were every hour perpetuating and knowing what they themselves would do. Were they the victims of such wrongs? They were constantly looking for the first signs of the dreaded retribution. They watched, therefore with skilled and practiced eyes, and learned to read with great accuracy, the state of mind and heart of the slave, through his sable face. Unusual sobriety, apparent abstractions, sullenness and indifference indeed, any mood out of the common was afforded ground for suspicion and injury.
Let us make a slave. What do we need? First of all we need a black nigger man, a pregnant nigger woman and her baby nigger boy. Second we will use the same basic principle that we use in breaking a horse, combined with some more sustaining factors. What we do with horses is that we break them from one form of life to another that is we reduce them from their natural state in nature. The Nigger Marriage

Warning: Possible Interloping Negatives
Earlier we talked about the non economic good of the horse and the nigger in their wild or natural state; we talked out the principle of breaking and tying them together for orderly production. Control The Language

For he would relate on the basis of what “our crops” really meant. So you have to be careful in setting up the new language for the slaves would soon be in your house, talking to you “man to man” and that is death to our economic system. In addition, the definitons of words or terms are only a minute part of the process. Values are created and transported by communicaton through the body of the language. A total society has many interconnected value system. All the values in the society have bridges of language to connect them for orderly working in the society, but for these language bridges, these many value systems would sharply clash and cause internal strife or civil war. The degree of the conflict being determined by the magnitude of the issues or relative opposing strength in whatever form.
For example, if you put a slave in a hog pen and train him to live there and incorporate in him to value it as a way of life completely, the biggest problem you would have out of him is that he would worry you about provisions to keep the hog pen clean, or the same hog pen and make a slip and incorporate something in his language where by he comes to value a house more than he does his hog pen, you got a problem. He will soon be in your house.

Mo’Nique (The Voice Of Inspiration)
Monique Imes was born in Woodlawn Maryland. At a tender age of 7 until the age of 15 she was sexually abused by her own brother. She spoke of this in a interview with essence magazine. Through this all she pushed forward , graduated Milford Mill High School and attended Morgan State University. Before Monique found her calling she worked as a phone sex operator. Then on a dare from her brother she performed her first open mic. From there the battle continued, but it was a up hill battle instead of going down. She was introduced to us as Nikki Parker on the television show “The Parkers.” She continued doing comedy and became the host of “Showtime at the Apollo.” Few people know that she also is the hostess and executive producer of Mo’Niques Fat Chance. It airs on the Oxygen cable network and hosts a beauty pagent for plus sized women. From there it was “Flavor of Love Girls Charm School” In 2007 she gave back to the community by going to the Ohio reformatory for women and doing a comedy special. She documented it in 2007 and named it “I could’ve been your cellmate.” She is no stranger to the acting arena. She has appeared in “Two can play that game” “Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins” “Beerfest 3 strikes” “Half Past Dead” “Garfield, The Movie” “Domino” and eventually landed her standout lead role in “Phat Girlz.” Then came the movie “Precious” a Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry project. She played one of the lead characters which grossed over $141 million dollars! This resulted in awards such as “Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress” (the fourth African American to win one) Screen Actors Guild Award” Golden Globe Award. She also became the 12th African American to ever win a Oscar for acting. To date many African Americans label her as the best host for any award show. She has proven this to be true by hosting her own show called “The Monique Show” out of Atlanta Ga. It aired on October 5 2009. She uses the show to inspire many African Americans to dream big then push forward to make it a reality. When Hollywood has pushed many great African American actors to the side, she brings them on her show to refresh our memories of why we love them so much. From being sexually abused to having her own talk show, hiring and inspiring the masses. This is what real leadership is about. Aspire to be great.

Tyler Perry (Leader Of The New School)
Tyler Perry was born Emmitt Perry Jr on 10/13/1969 in New Orleans, Louisiana. He had a childhood of abuse inflicted upon him by his father. It is for this reason that he changed his name to Tyler Perry. It was his way of seperating from his father. He was put out of school in his last year but returned the following year to get his diploma.
One day while watching Oprah Winfrey he heard her say that it was good to write difficult experiences down. This is exactly what he began to do. He wrote a series of letter to himself which eventually turned into his first musical “I Know I’ve Been Changed.” Tyler Perry took the last of his savings $12,000 and invested it into his play. He was the director, writer, producer, and the star of the show. It was held in Atlanta Ga in 1992. Sadly enough only about 30 people showed up. He was back to square one. This resulted in him being 6 ft. 5 and sleeping in a Geo Metro car. He was homeless. He began working odd jobs to fund doing shows on the chitlin circuit. In a interview with Cathy Hughes Tyler Perry said he was just about ready to throw in the towel and pursue his architect skills. He gave it one more try by renting out “The House Of Blues” in Atlanta Ga.. There he performed a updated version of “I know I’ve Been Changed.” It was a success and eventually Tyler Perry began selling out seats on the chitlin circuit. His success had finally begun.
Tyler Perry addressed his character Madea. He said in a interview with Cathy Hughes that he heard the comment Dave Chappelle made about all black men having to dress up as a woman in order to succeed in Hollywood. He said for him that wasn’t the case. The role of Madea was actually supposed to be played by a actor he had hired. When the actor never showed up for work, he filled in for her. Thus Madea was born. Who is Madea? We know her as the woman that handles her business in the hood. To Tyler Perry its the exact replica of his Aunt. The way she talks and the whole nine. The only difference is that Madea carries a gun in her purse and his Aunt carries a knife. Madea launched Tyler Perry to the next level. He said he wanted to get rid of the character but the public demand for her was to great to drop the character.
The Bishop T.D. Jakes came to Tyler Perry to work with him on his first movie in 2005 entitled “Diary Of A Mad BLack Woman.” He received a $5.5 million dollar budget. Which turned into a huge box office success. It played in 1,483 theaters and grossed $21,905,089 in just 3 days! By the 10th day of being in theaters the movie had grossed $37,077,829! Tyler Perry has had much movie making success in partnership with Lionsgate. The first movie was “Diary Of A Mad Black Woman” grossed $50.6 million. The second was “Madea’s Family Reunion” which grossed $65 million. The third was “Daddy’s Little Girls” which grossed over $31 million. The fourth was “Why did I get Married” which grossed $21.4 million that weekend! The fifth was “Meet the Browns” which grossed $20,082,809 on the opening weekend! Next came “The Family That Preys” which grossed over $37.1 million. Then came “Madea Goes to Jail” which was number 1 at the box office grossing $41 million. Next came “I can do bad all by myself” another box office hit selling more than $24 million dollars in ticket sales in 1 week. Talk about making some money! Next he worked with Oprah Winfrey on the movie Precious which grossed a whopping $141 million dollars! Lionsgate really made a good investment when they decided to back Tyler Perry!
Next he made the movie sequel “Why did I get married too” which grossed $54 million. This was his 9th movie!
Perry’s 10th film for Lionsgate, is about four Girls Who Have Considered Suicide “When The Rainbow Is Enough” , is scheduled to begin principal photography on June 1st in Atlanta. He is directing his screen adaptation of the Obie Award-winning play by Ntozake Shange, and produces alongside Paul Hall. The film stars Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey, Whoopi Goldberg, Phylicia Rashad, Jurnee Smollett, Kimberly Elise, Kerry Washington, Loretta Devine, Anika Noni Rose and Macy Gray. The pic is scheduled for nationwide release on January 14, 2011.

Tyler Perry pitched the idea of “Meet the Browns” to Hollywood. Hollywood wanted him to alter the show to what they wanted it to be. Tyler stood his ground and walked away. Went back to Atlanta and produced 10 episodes of the show. He then was able to ink a deal with the TBS cable network. The deal was 100 episodes for $200 million! He then went on to create another TV sitcom called “Meet the Brown” and is thinking about a third called “Floyd’s Family.”
Then Tyler Perry did the ultimate! He has built his own 30 acre “Tyler Perry Studio” out in Atlanta Ga. The first African American owned and operated major television and movie studio! It has 5 studios and a 500 seat viewing theater. He has chosen to name 3 of the studios after great African American actors, Ruby Dee, Sidney Poitier, Cicely Tyson. There are rumors that this will become a Atlanta tourist site. On opening night he introduced thousands of specially invited guests to his new studio. These guests included Sidney Poitier, Cicely Tyson, Ruby Dee, Louis Gossett Jr, Oprah Winfrey, Hank Aaron, Andrew Young, Will Smith, Jada Pinkett, and Barry Bonds.

Cathy Hughes (The Queen Of Black Media)
Cathy Hughes was born Catherine Elizabeth Hughes in 1947. She was born in Omaha Nebraska. She came straight up out the projects. To add to her struggle, she became pregnant at the age of 16! Instead of giving up and becoming a product of her enviroment, she said her child “became my motivation and my inspiration,” She graduated from High School then got a education in Business Administration which she applied very well. In 1980 she and her husband purchased WOL-AM for $950,000. The couple put in $100,000.00 from their savings, $150,000 from investors, and $300,000.00 from an African American owned venture capital firm. Then the final amount was obtained after meeting with 32 banks! Never give up!!! She was not able to pay someone to host the show so she began doing the hosting herself. In 1987 she led a protest of the Washington Post because of their racial insensitivity when they ran a story about a African American murder suspect. This is what real leaders do!
In 1986 the station made its first profit which allowed her to be able to purchase another station for $7.5 million. From there she was on her way while other black smaller stations were failing. By 1982 she owned WOL-Am, WMMJ-FM, WWIN-AM/FM, WERQ-FM, WJZZ-FM, AND WCHB-AM/WCHB-FM. Very impressive! Not only did she become the first woman to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award, she also was inducted into the Maryland Chamber Of Commerce Business Hall Of Fame. She also was presented with the first annual Black History Hall Of Fame Award. She also in 2000 was presented with the National Action Networks “Keepers of the Dream” award. A award that goes to leaders who contribute to keeping Martin Luther Kings dream alive today. Cathy Hughes is in charge of the largest African American owned radio broadcasting company in the United States. Radio One pulled in more than $50 million in 1997. Many people of other races label her as displaying prejudices against them. She does not let this get in the way of her mission. In her own beautiful words she states…..”The more African Americans I can get into management, ownership, and on-air and sales opportunities, the better the industry will be.” Ask the rapper Ludacris about how his career was jump started because she gave him a chance to intern at one of her stations. This is what real leaders do! So if they’re not doing things like this for the African American community…..stop calling them leaders! Call them preachers or crowd motivators, but not leaders!
Dr. Sebi (The Man Hidden From The World)
Dr Sebi was born Alfredo Bowman on November 26, 1933. He was born in Llanga which is located in the Honduras. When he came to America he was diagnosed with asthma, diabetes, impotency, and obesity. He went to many doctors who could not rid him of these diseases. Finally he was told to see a herbalist in Mexico. He went and was cured of all his diseases. He learned a lot about herbs, fruits, and vegetables. He learned that most of the vegetables people eat today aren’t even a product of natural creation, they’re man invented. So he asked himself where should he start. Being that no one has actually took the time to invest in the study and curing of the diseases in African Americans, he felt that was a great place to start. His journey led him into creating natural vegetation compounds that effect the body on a cellular level. He found that African Americans need to have foods in their body that benefit where they come from. So he began using natural herbs and ingredients from Africa. He makes a good point when explaing his reason for using compounds found in Africa. He said, if you were to take the polar bear out of the north pole, you would have to feed him the diet that he had in the cold. You would not try to feed him the diet of the gorilla. Just because something is labeled a animal (human) doesnt mean that what one animal (human) eats, has the same nutritional benefits for all (humans) animals. Once he created his nutritional compounds he began sharing them with people who had all sorts of diseases. He found that there is only 1 disease and that is the germ that is in your body causing dis ease. Get rid of the germ and you become cured. Germs need to grow just like plants do. If you take away the soil then the plant simply cannot grow and will die. He discovered that mucus is the soil that germs use to grow. So if you can get rid of the excess mucus in your body then these dis eases have nowhere to grow so it is flushed out of the body. With this discovery he began curing people with anything from Aids to Diabetes, even curing the blind! He started a healing center in a village in Laceiba, Honduras called the URSHA Research Institute. It is there that he has cured many people, including a few celebrities. The center has been there for over 30 years now and is known for curing diseases said to be incurable by modern medicine.

The ad ran for 2 years before he was attacked by the Attorney General of New York. Dr. Sebi was told to remove the ad, when he refused within days he was served with a arrest warrant. According to Dr. Sebi the Attorney General bragged that he was going to “put Dr. Sebi under the jail!” The charges read to the jury was as follows..
Mr. Alfred Bowman aka Dr. Sebi, you are hereby charged with practicing medicine without a license, selling products not approved by the FDA (Federal Drug Administration) and claiming to cure Aids, and other diseases which is a fraudulent claim.”
Dr Sebi was told to bring 1 person for each of the diseases he claimed to court with proof from a reputable doctor that the individual had the disease, then proof from another reputable doctor that the person was cured. Instead of bringing 1 for each disease, approx 70 people filled the court all with proof! The judge shook his head according to Dr. Sebi and said I did not ask for all of this. To make a long story short, the judge after seeing the proof and speaking with Dr. Sebi turned to the states attorney and asked, “Did you investigate the man?” She said, “No” The judge then said, “well, the answer he just gave me, he cures AIDS. You all are in trouble.” Dr. Sebi was then found NOT GUILTY on all charges by the state of New York and the supreme court because he was indeed curing people of the various diseases, including AIDS. Dr. Sebi had cured 5 AIDS patients before he put the Ad in the papers. The media asked Dr. Sebi, where are all the so called black leaders??? This is a historical moment! A African American that is curing AIDS in America! Yet none of them have come out to celebrate your victory and make the big announcement.
Disease is a multi billion dollar industry, there’s money to be made in sickness. So why would anybody publicly announce that these diseases are being cured? Do you know how much money sickel cell centers collect each year?!! Cancer Research Centers?? Diabete Centers?? and the list goes on! The prescription companies pay the television shows salary. So of course your not going to see this being announced on the television. Until today you the reader probably haven’t even heard of Dr. Sebi. Now that you have, research this man, support this man, and spread the word! He has tried to spread his cures to the world and none of your major countries want to support him until recently. China has stepped up and givin him millions of dollars to create a bigger center and organic herbal, fruit and vegetable gardens needed for his continued research. Lets help stop the senseless deaths in the African American community and even the world! Spread the word!!

Are republicans going to far?
On fox news hannity asked michele bachmann (r) minnesota congresswoman what can america do to stop socialism, the weaking of our national defense. She replied that “number one we starve the beast of obama care and we don’t fund obama care and we don’t fund any initiative that the president put forth”
As long as the republicans held the majority vote the democrats respected those votes and funded their bills. Now when the tables are turned the respect is not given equally. They are openly stating that they will sabatoge the funding of a bill that was passed by majority vote. If Americans adapt to these tactics then no bills can ever be passed because if the democrats don’t like a bill and it passes all they have to do is cut off the funding for the bill. I think the republican party should rethink their strategy. Earlier Hannity said that Barrack Obama will go down as the worst president in American history.

Martin Luther King (lets show our appreciation)
This great man sacraficed his wife, his family, and his life, so that African Americans could take a great leap towards equality in America. His children never got to see their father grow old. Never got to laugh and play with his grandkids. He gave it all up so that we can walk around with our heads held up high. How do you repay such a great man? How do you show your appreciation to his family? All African Americans should send $1 to one of his children every year to show their appreciation for what their father did for us as a people.
